新加坡萊佛士音樂學院（SRMC）創立於2001年，是一所以培養未來音樂演奏家，音樂製作及音樂管理類人才、舞蹈藝術家為方向的應用型、複合型綜合類高等音樂學府。學院是經由新加坡教育主管部門私立教育理事會（CPE）註冊的高等藝術學府，是新加坡唯一的一所以音樂及舞蹈專業為核心的藝術類院校。
2010年，新加坡萊佛士音樂學院成為英國久負盛名的百年名校西倫敦大學倫敦音樂學院（University of West London, London College of Music）的大學夥伴，提供音樂和舞蹈類的副學士學位與大學本科學士學位，西倫敦大學的同等授課課程和教學體系。新加坡萊佛士音樂學院是西倫敦大學在英國本土外唯一提供此課程的高等藝術院校。西倫敦大學的本科畢業證書自2019年已獲得中國教育部認可。
本著融匯中西方藝術精華，既汲取東方的傳統韻味，又飽含西方的現代藝術精神內涵的教學宗旨，新加坡萊佛士音樂學院為學生們提供最全面、最前沿和具有全新藝術理念的綜合課程。我們擁有健全的音樂、舞蹈教學設施和場地和獨具創新的教育方式，我們也擁有高水平的、敬業的、專業的學術團隊。此外，學院定期邀請知名音樂家、舞蹈家（包括新加坡本地以及海外的）開辦大師班，幫助學生豐富專業的音樂、舞蹈知識和技巧。

Since 2001, Singapore Raffles Music College (SRMC) has been one of Singapore’s leading schools for higher learning in music and dance, registered with the Committee for Private Education (CPE).

SRMC takes pride in being the first private tertiary institution outside of the UK to offer these programmes.
